What if I need my item in a hurry?
If you need an item quickly, please contact us either by phone on 0845 4796587 or email enquiries@brittonbespoke.com and we will advise you as to whether we can meet your deadline, we will always endeavour to do our best!
Can I have different stones set into my item, other than those listed?
It is not a problem to have other stones set as long as we can source them. Just give us a ring or drop us an email and we will give you a quote and an estimate on timescale.
Can I have my item engraved?
We can engrave items for you with initials etc. This will incur an additional cost and may take a little longer to dispatch. Contact us for details about engraving costs.
How do I put my cufflinks on?
Each pair of wraparound cufflinks comes with a card explaining how to put that particular pair into your cuffs, with a detailed diagram.
How do I look after my Britton Bespoke cufflinks?
When not being worn, we recommend that your Britton Bespoke cufflinks are kept in their box to avoid scratching. They can be polished up with a silver cloth or alternatively can be cleaned with a soft toothbrush in warm water and washing up liquid.
How do the pendant catches work?
The bayonet catches on our pendants work with a simple push together and twist motion. If the two halves are held, one in each hand, push together gently, then the right hand twists towards you and the left hand away from you, to undo the catch. |
